The Ignite systems gather a huge amount of information about all of the IT systems we manage. 
 
Having lots of information is only the beginning because then the real smart work begins.  Our systems produce alerts and reports that highlight where there are issues or potential problems developing. 
 
Problems are flagged automatically and the job is assigned to one of the Ignite support team to investigate.  In most cases, problems get sorted without your knowledge or involvement.​
